AND OUR GLORIOUS FOOD TRUCK
Our food truck was established based on core principles that are rooted in family, community, and sharing. The truck name is inspired by our oldest daughter, who is not so much daddy’s little girl but daddy’s hero. We understand the challenge of balance in the everyday family dynamic, and the value of time and conversation over a nice meal. This adventure will allow us to expand our family by sharing Sean’s delicious culinary creations with the larger community. Founded in Northeast Philadelphia, we view the city as a community of families, and it is our mission to reach as many individuals and share with them the gift of a tasty homemade meal.

All ABOUT SEAN AND JAMIE
Despite much adversity, Jamie and Sean still maintain a “make it happen” kind of attitude, which led to following their dreams of owning their own business while raising children. Between Jamie’s business experience and Sean’s creative sense and curiosity of flavor, this truck will offer a new perspective on traditional American picnic foods, which entails a vision of comfort and deliciousness.
Overall, Haley Quinn’s encompasses a business of respect. Respect for individuals, for families, for communities, and for food. Further, we see feeding people as a gift and a privilege; feeding is a way of sharing and giving. We are honored to feed families just like ours and love to be a part communal gathering. The culinary world has always provided for us as a family and so we look forward to extending our gifts.
